1. Focus on improving Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education in primary and secondary schools.

2. Enable innovative scientific and technological development by pursuing policies to spread knowledge and resources needed to advance new ideas.

3. Require the labeling of all consumer products containing Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) and establish a tiered system for managing the risk of GMO's.

4. Allow free and open scientific research into the potential effects and uses of marijuana, and allow scientists studying marijuana to apply for and receive scientific research grants from federal agencies.
